  • In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

  • Web-Based Request: If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via the web, please contact us at easysearchgroup@gmail.com.

  • Data Scope: Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove all your personal information (Name, Phone, Email, Address, and Order History) from our active databases within 30 days.

  • Exceptions: We may retain certain information if required by law (e.g., for tax, auditing, or legal reporting purposes).
